  "Site Title" can not include the words, which were typing as the title letters, if it's not the abbreviation;

• "Site Title" can not include the list of the goods or services;

• "Site Title" must describe the whole resource in jeneral, but not some of its divisions;

• "Site Description" can include the list of the goods or services, but must not exceed 300 signs;

• In the field "Site Description" repeating the information from the title are not admitted;

• Any information mentioned in the title or description must be sufficiently visible presented on the main page of the site;

• The editor can alterate the configuration and stylistics of the proposed description to correspond it to the standards of the "Banner Page";

• "Category" must strictly correspond to your site, indicate your desirable category;

• "Banner URL" you must indicate the temporary position of your banner before the verification, if you temporary have no banner, you have to indicate your site URL (http://www.yourdomain.com). Try to create your banner before your site will be approved. During the 48 hours we will address you to your e-mail, in connection with your banner, so you would have to attach to the "answer" letter your image.

Not accepted to the placing:

• Resource, contradicting the legislation (including the violence propaganda, racial hatred, pornography, etc).

Conditions.

• YaLens leave the right after itself to refuse in placing the resource on the "Banner Page" at its discretion, without the explanation of any reasons.

• YaLens leave the right after itself to alterate the exist rules any moment without a supplementary notice - read our news and subscribe for them.

• Your resource any moment can be expelled from the "Banner Page", without the explanation of any reasons, and without returning all the paid financial means for the places on the "Banner Page", if:
  - you violate any other item from the Terms and Conditions;
  - spam, adult sites, sites with consoles, pop-up, exploits, viruses, dialers, active-x, etc.

• YaLens doesn't carry out the responsibility for the information, placed by visitors, on the "Banner Page".

Alteration or substitution of the information.

• The direct mistakes are corrected by our editor. • Before your advertisement materials will be placed on the "Banner Page", you'll receive the copy of all your information by e-mail for approving.

• Up to know, you wouldn't be able to alterate (substitute) the banner and link if it will be placed on the site, therefore you have to be sure in your advertisement materials you place, which will be accessible on the "Banner Page". The only exception, if you have the serious reason, for example: closing the site, alteration the site structure, under removal the site to the new address, expiration of the payment date (substitution of the site, banner, its size, etc) and etc.

• If it's necessary by any reason in future to alterate or substitute absolutely any information, you have to address us that e-mail account@yalens.com. Most likely, the information alteration or substitution will be by the certain payment.
