Add your site to the YaLens Catalogue.

Demands to the filling in form:

• "Site Title" must not exceed 80 signs;

• "Site Title" must include the name of the firm or trade mark, if it's indicated on the site;

• "Site Title" not certainly have to reproduce the official name of the site;

• "Site Title" can not include the words, which were typing as the title letters, if it's not the abbreviation;

• "Site Title" can not include the list of the goods and services;

• "Site Title" must characterize the whole resource in jeneral, but not some of its divisions;

• "Description" can include the list of the goods and services, but must not exceed 500 signs;

• In the "Description" repeating the information from the title are not admitted.

• Any information, mentioned in the title or description, must be sufficiently visible presented on the main page of the site.

• Our editor can alterate the configuration and stylistics of the proposed description, to correspond it to the standards of the "YaLens Catalogue".

• Using the epithets and affirmations of the advertisement character are not admitted.

• Category must strictly correspond to your site.

• If you didn't find the corresponding category or subcategory to your site, so propose it to us "New Category" (your category/ your subcategory/ or absolutely new category).

• Banner must be max 120x60 and no more than 20Kb and not be misleading.

• "E-Mail Address" must be personal, active working, to connect back to you.

• Editor can refuse to consider the application for alteration of the description or title of your site.

Not accepted to the placing:

• Resource, placed at the free hostings (if your resource placed at the free hosting and you want to register in the "YaLens Catalogue", so you have to, in advance, before the registration connect us: link@yalens.com;

• Resource, contradicting the legislation (including the violence propaganda, racial hatred, pornography, etc);

• Personal pages, which don't have precise thematic orientation or interesting for the narrow circle of the author's acquaintances only;

• Sites, including the important divisions, which are still in process of working out;

• Total or partier copies (mirrors) of the other already published in the resource catalogue;

Conditions.

• You obliged to put our banner or link on the main page of your site and begin to send the traffic (minimum 1 unique click a day). After addition the data (facts), there is a verification, our robot verifies every day on presence of our banner or link and your traffic to us. If there is the banner or link of our site and sent 1 unique click, so your site automatically brought in our database of the "YaLens Catalogue", otherwise, there is giving out a mistake and your site wouldn't be able to the survey. • YaLens leave the right after itself to refuse in placing the resource in the Catalogue at its discretion, without the explanation of any reasons.

• YaLens leave the right after itself to alterate the exist rules any moment, without a supplementary notice - read our news and subscribe for them.

• Your resource can be expelled any moment from the Catalogue without the explanation of any reasons, if:
  - you violate any other item of the indicated above conditions or Terms and Conditions;
  - you make the artificial generation of visiting the "YaLens Catalogue" page;
  - absence of our banner or link on the main page of your site;
  - absence of your traffic (minimum 1 unique click a day);
  - spam, adult sites, sites with consoles, pop-up, exploits, viruses, dialers, active-x, etc;
  - your resource will be unable to the survey for the duration time (more than 10 days).

• YaLens doesn't carry out the responsibility for the information, placed by visitors, in the "YaLens Catalogue".

Alteration and substitution of the information.

• The direct mistakes are corrected by our editor. It's enough for you to write a letter to link@yalens.com with the indicated mistake, requiring to be corrected, if it is in any field except the "Banner URL" and "Site URL". Your e-mail address must correspond to the address under the registration in our catalogue.

• Up to know, you wouldn't be able to alterate (substitute) the banner and link if it will be placed on the site, therefore you have to be sure in the advertisement materials that you place, which will be accessible in the "YaLens Catalogue".

• All the corrections of your information indicated under the registration are corrected at the next cases:
  - alteration the title and description under removal the site to the new address;
  - removing the mentions of services from the description, which are not mentioned on the site any more;
  - alteration the title or description under alteration the site structure;
  - correction of the misprints, etc.
